Hmm, so in the parking lot to the place I live in, there's been an abandoned car sitting there, for the past 2 or so weeks. The windows are down, at least one tire is flat and the wires inside are all a mess(guessing sound system was torn out). I'm guessing it was stolen, then abandoned here.
I wrote down the license plate number of the car, so I can give it to them and they can run it. I feel like reporting it to the police, but I just want to report it and not deal with them. Like, I don't want them to ask for my name or when they get here ask me to go outside. What should I do? Should I report the car, and possibly have to deal with cops, or just leave it be and let someone else eventually deal with it?

WElp, the dog piss stench came back over night. I am going to have to talk with management about this.

You don't always have to give your name when filing a complaint on the phone, so I'd say just give your local station a call.

Just worries me that considering where I live they'll want more information from me. Not saying they'll definitely suspect I know stuff, but I can easily see them coming and asking us in person. I don't like dealing with police, unless it's a straight up emergency, and I don't want people seeing deal with them around here.
