Ugh, I think I got a sinus infection or something. The back of my nasal passages are friggen irritated. I wasn't able to do my usual treadmill routine but I still did my 400 cal on it. I'm feeling decent but I dunno whether I should power through and just do my wii fit u routine or just stop for the day.

edit: I usually jog for 18 min straight at the start of my treadmill routine, I did not have the energy for that today. That's kinda why I'm questioning whether I should go through and do the remainder of my Mon/Wed/Fri routine or not cause of my sinuses.
