My only major complaint about MK8 (So far) are the lightning bolts. I don't know why but they are pissing me off more than they ever did in any other Mario Kart before...

Mario Kart 7 was only a 3DS title. Mario Kart 8 is the latest in the series.
And there hasn't been any Mario Karts ported to other systems.

So... MK8 on 3ds is unlikely.
