I don't know if it's just me but doesn't the smash demo feel really... floaty? Like LBP floaty? Was talking with Zulu about this and he kept repeating that Brawl was floaty as well when, to my recollection, it wasn't, at all.

Mega Man is too weak when it comes to B attacks and standard A attacks. His standard B shouldn't be dealing 6- Damage. 8+ would be better. His Down B is pathetic, too. Doesn't shield, and barely works as a projectile. Might as well ignore that attack as it stops you from using ANY attack.

Overall: Mega Man is at bottom.

Not exactly. Select Club Nintendo Platinum members got codes, others got codes from those who were willing to share and so on. The demo will be available on the eshop this week though.
