well, the guy that showed up to upgrade our stuff explained that for the package we were supposed to get we'd have to lose our two HD cable boxes and lose all on demand features and we'd have only basic cable. None of that information was ever told to us when we called them up about changing over from Tv+Internet to the Phone+Tv+Internet package weeks ago where they even stated that we wouldn't lose the channels we already have and that none of that shit would change. So, no upgrade, no change and now we have to go through customer services to reverse a bunch of crap for our home phone number. All that waiting for fucking nothing

Oh wow, what bullshit. I actually had the same issue here, except we wanted the most basic tv service, but they gave us something slightly higher. Our first bill was 30 dollars more than it should have been. I was talking with customer service for so fucking long. TWC has really shitty customer service.
