My advice is not to "penalize" the player for moral choices per se, but instead use it as a difficulty setting. The more moral your character the harder the game.

Probably a bit of both.  though in the case of the latter think Like your give up an item or powerful weapon to save an NPC so you can't use that later making the fight difficult. Though you might want to eventually grant the player a better weapon for having a high amount of morality, not the most powerful but something to shrink the widening gap in power.  For instance saving enough NPC's might cause/allow them to make a special weapon for you, but only if the right NPC's and enough of them were together.  You could also work in a couple side quests with them to get it.

A slow episode though. I had some good laughs with the fake Avengers and the return of the SpiderGuy, but nothing really happened overall. I knew Doc would fire everyone and thus start the spiral that will probably make him bankrupt by the end of the season.

\I LOVE Spanakopita. Some of the filler episodes in the seasons are the best ones! But like I said, we have so many new storylines but 7 episodes left.

The 1 thing I wanna see the most, however, is closure about Doc and Monarch's past. OR AT THE LEAST: Show how the Moppets died.
