Noted; I will look into it. I was also looking into watching another Zoids series, but i am having trouble nailing down which series is which; could you help me figure this out?

(I have seen three series, two of which revolved around someone named Zeak, and another that focused on a white liger)

White Liger series = Zoids Zero <-(linkys) - There are two series that have Liger Zero(white liger). This one is the first one and it has a sequel-type called Zoids Fuzors. I really wouldn't recommend Fuzors, though. It was bad.

Zeak = Zoids <-(linky) - Only one series for this one.

Zoids Genesis <-(linky) - Third series based on Zoids. I am currently rewatching this one....but stopped like 5 eps in. I keep lagging it. I haven't seen it in like 6 years.

I generally found all three enjoyable. I guess it should be four series, with Fuzors, but that one is so bad.

You know what I like? No, love. I love that two of my favourite currently running "shounen" series are written by women. Both Magi and Noragami are written by women. Hmm...I wonder if they aren't actually my fave running "shounen" series.

Is Genesis worth checking out? Also is that the only one that was not dubbed?
I know I tried watching one I had not seen before, but the sub I encountered was so bad and out of sync it was unwatchable.

Well, from what I remember back then. My impression is that Genesis was my fave of the 3. And yes, it's not dubbed. I can't believe it's still not dubbed.

I will look into watching it then. Tis a real shame it is not dubbed; worse yet that Zoids has not gotten much attention lately.

Random reflection: The only thing I really liked about Zero was the judge...

Haven't watched any of the series' in a long time. I thought Zero was really fun, though.

Zero was...pointless. It had fun episodes, but no character or plot development. Zoids (Zeak) on the other hand had both character development and an interesting plot. Also it also had the Genosaurer, which was one of my favorites.

I totally agree, which is why Zero is my least fave. Genesis is pretty similar to Zoids Chaotic Century(show with Zeak). There's a war going on.

Hmmm...I wonder if they will work on a new Zoids show any time soon? The models could certainly use the publicity; I have not seen one on store shelves for years. Then again, Zoids is a bit like Transformers; the show was made to promote the toys, but the show itself is better than what it is meant to advertise.

I remember seeing it on Netflix a while back; how good is it on its own?
and how many anime cliches does it rely on?

So...What exactly did you dislike about it? I am a picky person so I like to investigate before watching.

I don't recall, this was a long time ago. It didn't keep my attention. My brothers liked it, but I couldn't get into it.

Ok Luna, I'm up to chapter 6 for Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer. I'm liking it, but I definitely have some problems with the MC and even the MH.
Spoiler:

Also their doesn't seem to be much going on right now, but I guess it's just set up. I'm itching for something big to happen though, I want to meet some more characters, I'm getting tired of Yuuchi and Samidare.

Also the Lizard is the smartest one out of the bunch.

I've also caught up to Deadly Sins and I love it!!!!!!! It's so good!!!! A lot of twists and turns in the most recent arc. The most recent arc has truly been incredible to say the least. No complaints there! Just too bad the anime probably won't make it there. I'm guessing the anime will end once the Fight Festival arc is over. Then we'll just have to hope for a season 2 to come out after that.

It's been too long since I read it and I've read too many things in the mean time for me to comment on Biscuit Hammer. I would agree that you should just wait, though.

As for Nanatsu no Taizai, yeah, latest arc has been really good. Raised my feelings on the series a lot. Also, Gowther is so freaking hot.

Log Horizon S2 - I really really don't like Akatsuki. I find her really annoying, especially right now. Also, I continue to ship Henrietta x Shiroe.

Okay...I really wish whoever was subbing the Detective Conan series would stop skipping episodes; particular the second half of two parters... I am very grateful to them for subbing them, but I do not like being left to wonder when it comes to cliff hange episodes.

I prefer it dubbed.

Also, am really enjoying Akatsuki no Yona. It's currently 3rd on my list of Fall shows.
