So...the game looks like SF4 without the cellshading? Meh. Furthermore, people are defending the exclusivity which shocks me.

I'm going to guess that capcom has a stronger relationship with Sony than MS, since Deep Down is also PS4 exclusive.


Allow me to play devils advocate as someone who has played these games (street fighter) quite a bit.

Having only PS4 does two things:

It unifies the player base from 3 (PC, PS4, 360) to just two.

This makes setting up tournaments much simpler. Right now there's a mild schism in the PS3 vs 360 supported tournaments, and it results in the need for players to invest in alternate controllers, sticks etc.

As for the visuals, it still has the cell shading, it just has better models and lighting, it's reminiscent of the way Street Fighter x Tekken looked
