So I got a 4k 40" smart TV for 460. Very happy with it. The remote (samsung) even works on my sony blu-ray player.

I am just waiting for a mini-to-normal HDMI to plug my computer straight into the TV. Then I can be playing Mad Max in super high def.

I am so excited. Until the cable shows up, I went back to some minecraft. Figured out Big Reactors and had a blast building a huge reactor facility

T-day was decent. Food didn't turn out as well as parents hoped so they were bummed. I thought everything was yummy so I didn't care. Watched Fury Road again. Still held my breath during the final battle...

Such a damn good movie ^_^

Went out for Black Friday (midnight, none of this 6pm crap) and just people watched. Got a toy for the niece and a blind box horror series 2 for me. Kept eye out for lady's present and got her roller skates so she can practice roller derby

*takes breath*

I got leftover ham and turkey for days to come.

a 4k tv blind buy? be careful with those, quite a few of those do not support proper movie playback for dumb reasons :\
