So...here's the situation

Get the card. It's huge but fits. I just had to rearrange my HDDs.

Then I discover the card requires an 8 pin power connector...I only have a 6 pin and 4 pin.

I buy a 6 to 8 pin connector....not enough power. PC now turns off randomly (under 30 minutes usually).

So doing researching, discover I got the FTW version of the card and despite having 550 power supply, I most likely need an upgrade....
