Sooo....Anyone else try Splatoon since the update? The new weapons a very nice, the overhaul to one of the maps is fantastic, and there are 40 new clothing items to get.

my game has nothing but old clothes and ranked is still not good at balancing teams when it comes to weapons and junk. I'm seriously digging the new songs and the redesigned map changes its meta entirely. I'm already liking the new clothing and though I don't have it yet, I'm a fan of the new weapons. Getting splattered by a Heavy Weapons Squid feels better than just splatting to another fucking sniper with Bubbler. So far, I'm pretty happy with the update, though I'll be happier if you unlock more weapons by surpassing level 20. Being 17, I don't know if that's a thing yet. Oh god, I started using motion controls on Splatoon and now I can't go back!
The modified underpass is actually kinda cool, and the new music is nice as well. There is definitely new gear, dunno about weapons.

just one iirc, the true changes were two new weapon types (charger gatling gun and the other is literally just a bucket) and finally brought in the ultra basic features that all other games have always had like being able to play with friends and make private matches or team up with 3 other friends and go play randoms. ALSO: Fuck Araowana Mall, Fuck Moray Towers, and FUCK the arbitrary two map rotation. Those two maps are some of the worst maps in the game, but Nintendo had to rub it in by locking it down to just the two of them at once!

So, I came up with a title & subtitle (which I may change) for my comic and have started writing it and there seems to be a possible issue that I'm picking up with it... it does not feel kid friendly ._.
