Gen Chat 13: About damn time we got to 13

My portal chamber is coming long very well; I really like the way it is turning out. If all goes well I might be able to finish just a little bit more of the castle before we play again.

how about instead of satire news.

You make a show dedicated to actually showing good things that happened in the world.
highlighting things like a stranger running into a burning building to save someone and succeeding.
someone helping rebuild a disaster ruined city
ect

Satire news is covered by things like the daily show, the late show, john oliver ect.

no one seems to talk about the good in the world anymore though :/

That sounds promising... I do fear if did that however, people will think I'm ignoring the tragedies in the world... But you know what... This sounds like an idea worth trying out.

I really wish a group of talented developers/indies would put a kick-starter up for a spiritual successor to Paper Mario. I want something that is simultaneously dark as fuck and light hearted, all without a hint of being forced. The pop-up story book style was the perfect framework for this.

What I want to see is a Link to the Past/ Final Fantasy style game mixed with Wind Waker. Like when you travel the ocean it goes all mode 7 on you.

heh spent like $340 on tvshows/anime sets and am still sad I didn't get to spend more

I am sad I didn't check things last night as gohastings screwed up with their code to start with and had all new dvds 2 for $14 (which they will likely honor) would have been great to get sword art online (like $300 per season for $21) or the complete digimon set that is usually $200 for $7, but I will take a bunch of $30 series for $8 shipped.

I wonder if GH will cancel any of the bigger orders... I doubt it since they might have to liquidate their assets in a week anyways :/

I've gotta be on the watch for the future blu ray code though as it was DVD only this time.

My god, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) is so good!! Just finished the entire first run (1-19 + some extra)

Perfect material for an MCU movie too, already has the tone of one (of the better ones).

I don't have any luck in my apparment. seems like when I get my new phone though I might be able to actually use some data and go out on 4g to hit pokespots and challenge gyms.
