It's not from a technical standpoint, but practically it is. They're forcing the bundles on people and I just looked up the hardcover strategy guide on Amazon, it's $23.

Also, in a couple of years, when it's dead on consoles, it'll still be thriving on pc. Even if consoles get access to mods, I highly doubt it'll be everything that's available to pc players. Like the sexeh nood modz.

That's dumb....

Anywho, Alien Isolation is really starting to get on my nerves. Every time you encounter a human it is literally a 50/50 toss up between friend or foe and they make up the bulk of the enemy encounters forcing you to take hits, or be really good at stealth, when the POINT of the game was to be sneaking around a Xenomorph, not canon fodder human #115144812314-A

Not to mention the xenomorph itself becomes an incredible nuisance almost immediately. Losing 30+ minutes of progress, and loot, is not fun, ever. No exceptions. The "scare factor" is basically non existent, though the atmosphere is nice.

It's just grating after a while. Think TLOU except annoying and bad instead of tense and thrilling.

because you get more money from just returning it?
I mean the guide is $10 cheaper at amazon (if I am thinking right) thus there is no way in hell you will get your money back or more if you sell it.

not sure what else is bundled, I know the pip boy is and the market on those crashed already as they can easily be got at $150 shipped which is just a slight mark up and unless you are using a peer to peer sight like CAG or neogaf will lose money on the fees anyways.

personally I try to avoid gamestops stuff like that just because it feels to scummy for me even if it's a totaly legit thing for them to do.
