This kinda fits 50% of that description. Has space police and a flamboyant guy, though he is sometimes an antagonist. I don't think he wears a dress or panties, but that part sounds familiar.

Naw, I know Tenchi muyo. I mean this guy is VERY flamboyent. I mean super gay. I think the title had the word "Angel" in it?
Re: Gen Chat 02: Ω Version
I wondered since it was a spin off and not as popular as the main series. Hmm....

From Wikipedia:-Mazer wrote:@ Justin - what's it about?
In Steven Universe, the world is protected from evil by the Crystal Gems, a group of intergalactic warriors who draw their power from special magical gem stones. The four Gems are Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl and Steven. Steven is a boy who inherited a gemstone from his mother, a Crystal Gem named Rose Quartz. As Steven tries to figure out the secrets of his gem, he spends his days in Beach City doing activities with the other Crystal Gems, whether it's helping them save the universe or just hanging out.
Throughout the first season it is slowly revealed that the four Crystal Gems in Beach City are the remnants of a once great interplanetary civilization of Gems. Most of the locations visited by the Gems are ruined shrines or locations that were once of great importance to Gem culture, but have become derelict and fallen into disrepair during thousands of years of neglect. The second half of the season deals with this theme in greater depth, revealing that the Gems are cut off from their home world and that the monsters and artifacts they encounter throughout their adventures are actually Gems who have lost the ability to maintain rational humanoid forms. In the last few episodes of the season, it was also made clear that the plans of the "Homeworld Gems" for Earth and its inhabitants were not benign – and that after 6,000 years, their attention is once again drawn towards Earth.

Seriously? I was so confident nobody would look it up that I didn't even bother responding to Smirky's trolling.
By the way, I watched Boku no Pico. It's a pretty fucked up story from what I remember.

Shota yaoi, i.e. gay hentai with young looking characters.

Full blown, straight up porn. How have you been on the internet this long, at the level we're at, and not know about it?

*has no idea what boko no picu is*
*Reads on*
*...*
In other news: I want to talk about a show, but since no one plans on watching the full thing, would you guys mind watching a scene from the ending and tell me what your thoughts are based on that?
If so:

If so:
- Spoiler:
The clockwork man shown above is the main villain of the show. he spent the last 200 years ravaging nations and stealing the life force of those he captured in order to power his clock, which he then amplified with the blue cube. His goal was to travel back in time to before he became a villain so that he could save his family and undo all the wrongs he had committed in the process of doing so. In the finale of the show he managed to travel back in time, but only by twenty minutes, essentially failing his mission and coming to the realization that he murdered thousands and can never undo his crimes.

most anime references I don't get unless it's like Elfenlied or that one where the girl stabs herself over and over and over in the head.

Still nothing. If we have never heard about a certain anime before we will have no way of knowing what is it.

Boku no Pico is the first thing someone will post anywhere as a response to a question like the one Mazar asked. Hell, loom tried to get you like that too, but you didn't fall for it. It's been posted in a bunch of different places, comment sections, forums, etc. I'm just surprised he never encountered it. Oh well, was funneh.

Re: Gen Chat 02: Ω Version
I know Loom tried to get me to watch Schooldays, but the only reason I knew what that was in advance is because I dun been pranked/spoiled about it before hand. I have never heard of boko no before.
