I discovered that my taste vs the taste of the guys from Half In The Bag is pretty opposite...

Unless it's a movie I hate, then we usually share the opinion. But they dislike a lot of movies that I enjoy...or if they don't dislike it, they really tear them apart

so I asked this in a dumb questions thread, but now that no one responded and I can't actually easily find the answer I am wondering if anyone in this thread knows.

How do nutrition facts work?

examples:

Can of peaches.
Servings in a can 2.5, thus multiple the stats by 2.5 to get the whole info right?

well does that assume that I drain the liquid from the can, or that I drink it all? I mean the liquid adds quite a bit of sugar and calories whether it is juice or not.

Example 2:
serving size 2 strips of bacon.

So, does that mean 2 raw strips would be that? or does it assume I cook it like you are supposed to and that is what would be left?

basically if you reduce the grease from the bacon by draining it , or patting it down with a paper towel does that mean for tracking calories it is actually less than what the serving size said?

example 3: an egg. Does its stats include the shell, I mean I know some people who actually grind up the shell and include it in the eggs for the extra minerals o.O well by some people I mean one person but still.

I think all that stuff is meant for people who have to keep a close eye on their calorie intake.

well it is, but what does it mean?

I mean if I eat a can of fruit that fruit is either in fruit juice or syrup. the first one is nearly as bad for you as soda, the second one is worse for you than soda.
is that juice included in the serving size info as the can doesn't say drain or anything like that. If I just eat the fruit but drain the juice am I taking in less calories than I think, or if I decide to drink the juice am I taking in as many or more than I think?

Nintendo's next-generation game console, the Nintendo NX is scheduled to enter mass production in early 2017, delaying about half a year from the company's original mass production plan in the mid-2016. Sources from the related upstream supply chain pointed out that the delay was because Nintendo wished to enhance the game console's video-game/handheld-game-integrated gaming experience and add virtual reality (VR) function into the system to gain advantages in the upcoming video game and mobile game competitions.

The sources pointed out that the Nintendo NX combines the video gaming experience with the mobile gaming experience. The device features a 5- to 7-inch display, controller and joystick for users to play as a mobile gaming product, but it is also able to connect to a TV for users to play as a video game system. Nintendo is now planning to add VR function to the device to satisfy the popular trend in the gaming market.

Nintendo's order volume for the game console has also been reduced. Nintendo originally planned to order 20 million units for the first year, but its shipment target is now only 9.5-10 million units. The sources believe the reduction was due to the fact that video game console market has been shrinking and concerns triggered by its Wii U's unsatisfactory shipment performance of two million units in 2015.

ah just under 80k total words on my story now.

with some focus I should easily get to 100k words this month. would be great it I could break 125k this month though, though I might stall out a bit if I go back and rewrite the first part again lol. might just keep marching forward, not sure, it's hard for me to get feedback right now because the first part is so out of wack compared to the stuff I wrote in part 2 now.

unrelated, I have a gross looking swelling between the tooth I had crown lengthening done on and the tooth behind it. Plus, there's like a weird little thing that looks attached to it that has like light yellow/peach patches along with red spots on it just chillin' on the tooth. Called the doctor but their busy.

I don't know how to feel about this @_@

well that was something new.
feeling fine, and then all of a sudden WHAM the world is spinning and I can't walk straight.

tried laying on the couch, felt horrible, stumbled to the bed room and put a fan on me.. helped a bit but after a bit my stomach started to hurt... thus went and threw up a bit... tried going somewhere else the world still spinning... called work to let them know... threw up more... laid in bed for a while.

I am sitting up now with only mild discomfort... still can't walk straight though.

My best guess is I just had a random serious bout with vertigo.

given that only in bad cases does it last over an hour I would also guess there is a decent chance that I am dealing with something that could come back.

gonna have to go to the doctor tomorrow and confirm... as if it's a certain type of vertigo it could randomly show back up for the next couple of weeks making it unsafe for me to drive or do a lot of other things :/

I'm really excited. I mean, I know it's a tiny chance but with Nintendo showing off strictly Zelda focused gaming, I am REALLY hoping Miyamoto will be somewhere for me to meet him...That would blow my mind.

Ed Boon would also be a nice surprise since the rumored Injustice 2 will be shown.

I've been around, still active on Crunchyroll, but I actually gave up all forum life for lent when that was going on. I think that was actually pretty good for me, I had to get away and get detached a bit from it all. I've been cutting forum time a lot in general ever since, dedicating that time I'd be on the forum to playing games and anime, in addition to real life stuff too of course.

Next year will be my senior year that's pretty exciting and I'm having a pretty low key summer, I'm just working and that's about it really. It'll be nice to make some good cash though.

Did you graduate last semester? I recall you being a year ahead of me.

Yep, there's just not much to do and there's literally one lame minigame.... hopefully the Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem apps will be better...

In other news though, Nintendo will be showcasing Pokemon Sun and Moon, Pokemon GO, and some others at E3 so I guess it won't all be Zelda (this might be damage control after the criticism of only having one game on the floor; seriously their E3 setup this year is just so infuriating), but honestly, I could give a rat's ass about Pokemon. I gave up Pokemon after Black and White, I don't really feel like going back.... And I made a mistake on buying Pokken, I got bored with it fast, but that might be my fatigue with fighting games on that one.
