My castle is coming along decently. I have dug out a small dungeon room underneath my enchanting tower and it connects to a cave system under the mountain; I am planning on putting the Nether portal near one of the dead ends...

A gate to hell in a cave under a mountain on which my castle is built...

Perfect.

it's not the first time, they have gotten in trouble for it, but they clearly stole guns from call of duty.

this one seemed decently helpful (though it is older copyright law in general is dreadfully slow to get updated)

amusingly about 7 years ago I worked with my law professor and actually did a decently in depth study into copyright law.

not much has changed since then as far as I know. most things are freaken gray.

you can take steps to avoid being targeted but the simple fact is the only way to completely avoid strikes is to not cover a subject at all. I mean some people have even gotten strikes for merely talking about something without ever showing any scenes for it at all :/

I just wanna discuss some old cartoon movies I watched...I'd prefer to use a few scenes here and there for that...but been so iffy considering I'm not a big guy like most youtubers.

and I mean if you are worried about your main account, the simplest thing might be to just create a new youtube account just to cover old cartoons that you link to from your main account, so that if it gets strikes your account doesn't die, but I am not sure on if they can chain or not.
