Same as the 360, consoles just generally aren't places for mods.

I think it's easier to do mods on 360 though, but I agree I think pcs are better to mod on

also about that mlp mod for skyrim are there really horses that look like all the characters?

I'm sure they're technically possible, but just remember it's the fact that consoles are so closed off.

Also, yeah I think there are cartoony versions that look closer to the source material.

Yeah, it's a "lore friendly" armour mod pack. So it's all stuff that fits in the world of the game.
