Mario looks like a children's cartoon. Children watch cartoons(general belief). Mario is a kiddy game.
This will go for pretty much every Nintendo made game.

Fuck no, are you kidding? It's average.

edit: Being honest here, the jaggies bring down the IQ like nobodies god damned business. The game does not look spectacular, merely good. I feel like seing Crysis 3 on Ultra along with Metro Last Light on Ultra kinda skewed everything with my eyes and whatnot.
