It's not that I get super offended or anything, it's more like others will mind it more. Especially if they're browsing the forum on a family pc in the living room or something. It's more of a courtesy.

So did you not like about Play H? I thought it was pretty good. got very serious those last 4 episodes D:

I found it disappointing. I can't recall specifics, since it's been a while, but I just remember not being satisfied with it. I found it fine, just very forgettable.

I humbly disagree. I loved that it broke more of the usual echii tropes (as in he is actually able to decide which girl he wants and actually admits it. Or the fact the "best friend love interest" actually GOES somewhere and has a conclusion (breaking my heart in the mean time).

Not to mention the entire last 4 episodes got dead serious and he was coping with the hundreds of thousands of deaths he caused and lost the will to live from that...

I've watched a ton of shows, this one is just part of the many of seen. Not that different. I guess I'm mostly cursed by that. I hate being that kind of "smug" fan that says "I've seen this before," but I have. Especially when it comes to manga.

I've seen the premise before but I felt it did break away from the tropes. Only 1 girl was really into him (the other had a mild crush) besides Lasaira and she still didn't act all clingy whiny about it.

Lasara never really beat the living hell out of him for seeing her naked. No tom-girl who beats the main character up whenever he sees something bad.

Twist at the end where he ends up destroying a good chunk of earth instead of helping earth.

Serious, heart wrenching style ending. Good action sequences that didn't just rely on perversion once the main story started..

Ah, the Rewrite VN is so good! I haven't finished it all yet, but this is definitely one of the most interesting things Key has made.

However, this would be almost impossible to make into an anime unless it was 100+ episodes. That's how dense it is and how important all the material is, there's tons of mysteries and hidden meanings that all have to be in place. It would literally be impossible to merge routes because of how everything is set up.

Clannad was easy to adapt, but Rewrite would be a fucking challenge.

In the meantime i started watching Akame ga Kill. Interesting so far, but for every note it strikes with me it also strikes another one of my nerves. Ill give it a few more episodes.

Haha you're in for a ride I'll tell you that much and when you finish you'll probably be craving for more.

Nope. I don't actually watch anime that much, and those that I do watch come after carefully research or first hand recommendations from like minded people.

It's about a girl who can see spirits. She tries to help them and the people who they have a connection to. It's a really cute and sweet comedic slice of life show, with a touch of yuri.
