I don't watch the series or anything but, in their defense, cartoons take ages to make even a single 20 minute episode for. Futurama, for instance, needed work done years in advance to be on schedule.

Megas XLR, Neon Flux, Fooly Cooly.
And if you really want to be technical, there's an animated movie called the "Thief and the Cobbler" and it took at least 30 to 40 years to make. and Some say it's still not finished.

Man, the DoA5LR story is so dumb. Either that or not knowing what the hell happened in 1-4 is really crucial here which I semi doubt. Way too much time was spent literally shoe horning in as much of the cast as they could to the extreme detriment of the story they were actually telling which results in at least 50% of the story mode being filler with lots of repeating cutscenes. Once it actually goes back to the plot it gets kinda interesting but I'm still totally baffled cause of random twists the come the fuck out of nowhere.

They need to take a page out of Nether Realm's book for story mode stuff, no filler, make it coherent, etc.

Game's still great though, but seeing Mila being the whipping boy of the story mode makes me sad. Mila is best DoA girl!

I already have a CoD game so that's an automatic "No" to Titan Fall.

But anywho, the more I think about it the more I see that the money that'd be necessary to buy one would be much better spent on a fightstick and/or random games and HDD upgrades for my little brother's PS4 and my Wii U. I initially wanted a personal PS4 cause the one I play on belongs to my little brother and he typically plays for 6 hour sittings at any given time which is annoying when I want to play DoA with people on Neogaf. Not to mention that every single item he uses to play his ps4 is 100% mine and mine alone, but that's a different issue altogether.

Ugh, this whole thing just boils down to one thing: I'm 24 and I need my own fucking room. Can't stand living in a 13 year old's bedroom.

I'm not sure if American animation studios are slower, but animes don't take nearly as long to make. 12 episodes can be done in probably 9 months and on top of that they're making several other shows at the same time!

Venture Bros. studio probably doesn't have a big enough budget and doesn't have enough staff.
