Speaking of menu themes for the 3DS; The standard black theme is the best of the bunch, that and its free. Now Nintendo just needs to get themes out for the Wii U- Considering how expediently Nintendo released the folder function, It'l only take two years or so.

Re: Official All-Gaming Discussion Thread - Formally Zelda and Nintendo Thread
PlayStation 4 owners who want to Share Play Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with friends are out of luck. Activision blocked the feature for its latest addition to the series.
Users who try to use Share Play with the game will get a message suggesting that a cutscene is being blocked. Share Play is able to block cutscenes so a game’s plot isn’t spoiled, but this message appears for Advanced Warfare regardless of what is happening and suggests Activision stretched the cutscene block across the entire game.
“The host's game screen is not displayed because the current scene is a blocked scene for Share Play. Wait until the blocked scene is finished,” the message states.
Sony told CVG that while PS Share Play is designed to work with all PS4 games, developers are able to opt out of the feature.
“Share Play is a system level feature enabled by System Software Update 2.0 making it available for all PS4 titles, however the option is available to developers to disable the feature according to what they feel will best benefit the consumer experience.”
Activision declined to comment when contacted by CVG.
Share Play was first introduced with the PS4’s 2.0 update. The update features voice commands for PS4, the ability to broadcast games to friends in a party chat session, the ability to let a friend take over a game and the ability to share gameplay sessions with friends.
The update also caused PS4 consoles to become unresponsive once they went into Rest Mode. Users reported having to unplug the system and plug it back in before it would become responsive. The 2.0.1 update was designed to fix this issue.
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare was released Nov. 3 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC. It received heavy praise from critics.
How do you view Activision’s decision to block Share Play? Does this affect you as a PS4 owner? Talk CoD in the comments section.

First: Yeah, PS4's been abnormally slow and unresponsive since going to 2.0/2.0.1
Second: Activision is a bunch of dumb fucks.

- Super Smash Bros. Wii U Spoiler:
Pic of the day. In earlier Smash Bros. games, the Temple served as a prototypical large stage. Now it's remastered beautifully in HD.
The one large change we made to this stage is this Hylian text. I wonder what it says? Also featured in this pic is Link in Fierce Deity colors.

A new Update to Super Smash Bros for 3DS(and Maybe Wii U) coming in December will be fixing character hitboxes and certain errors in physics some characters currently have.
This update will also render all previously recorded videos useless/unwatchable.

Literally almost everything had been revealed in the 50-Fact Nintendo Direct. I'm talking about after that.

This is the gaming world we live in.
Kotaku - dedicated gaming journalists - say that the glitches that are skyrocketing in Ass Creed Unity are "Fun and hilarious" despite some of them breaking the game, crashing the game, or halting the game.

BBC - non gaming journalist - heavily critizies the gliches and even the practice of review embargos

So...Ubisoft is saying it's hard because they had to make it MP?

In a further statement, Ubisoft added that the complexity of creating a multiplayer title, in which players join forces via the internet, was the reason that the game had only became available for review relatively late in the day.
However, it did not explicitly address the point that it had made reviewers agree to an embargo time set 12 hours after the game went on sale on the east coast of the US.
Consumers have posted screenshots and videos online, indicating that problems affect all the platforms the game has been released on: the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
A patch was, however, provided on the launch day to tackle "random crashes" and some animation issues.
One video posted online shows a character inexplicably trapped in a fireplace
"The glitches are so bad that it's become a source of mockery," said Rob Crossley, UK news editor of Gamespot.
"There are characters that float past the screen, the main protagonist walks in the air, people are falling through the floor, people's faces are disappearing mid-kiss.
"If a publisher has proven it can't publish a game properly and displeases its core user base, then I think there are legitimate questions to be made about how well the company will fare in the future."
So...Ubisoft is saying it's hard because they had to make it MP?
Re: Official All-Gaming Discussion Thread - Formally Zelda and Nintendo Thread
Fans of original Sonic the Hedgehog programmer Yuji Naka were thrilled when it was announced that his latest game, the borderline vaporware Rodea the Sky Soldier, had been given a solid release date. If you live in Japan, you'll be able to play Rodea on either Wii U or 3DS in Spring 2015.
Rodea was originally set to come to Wii, but its postponed release forced publisher Kadokawa to port the title to Nintendo's current-gen console. However, as a treat for patient fans, you'll be able to play the game as originally intended. Naka's studio Prope mentioned on the company site that the first print run of Rodea Wii U will include the full Wii version as a separate disc so that it can play on actual Wii hardware. It was Naka's intention that the game make use of the Wii Remote, so even though Wii Remote controls might still be an option in the Wii U up-port, this will guarantee that his vision is preserved.
No word yet on a Western release, but there was localization interest in the past. Hopefully that interest still burns brightly. And hopefully that Wii bonus disc will make the trip overseas as well.
