Yes, from attention grabbing and for showing importance, it must make sense.

But for society portrayed in Anime, why do people have such a surprised look at Blone/Bleached hair, but Red, Blue/whatever else hair are blended in like normal? All of the other colors in the spectrum are Normal, but once it's blonde... It's odd?
Makes no sense... imo, of course.

No, I agree. It's funny/dumb, but that's because of that stereotype that all blondes are foreigners. And Japan being the uber ethnocentric nation it is, finds that super strange.

Haven't watched the latest ep, yet, but I'm also enjoying it.

Btw, did you hear about the new Key show that's gonna be animated by PA works. I'm kinda excited.

Also, Working season 3 brings me so much joy. Even more than Richard Shermans face when Russel Wilson's last pass was intercepted and I love that.

Now, I'm saying this for a reason. I'm not going to tell you anything about it, other than it's one of my favorite animes ever (I gave it a 10 on MAL). Also, it is not a sequel despite its name. It's like a spiritual successor, but you do not need to watch White Album 1 at all.
